Professor
Dr. Md. Al Mehedi Hasan is now working as a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi, Bangladesh since 2019. He also became a Lecturer, an Assistant Professor, and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering in Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology (RUET), Rajshahi, Bangladesh in the year of 2007, 2010, and 2018 respectively. He received B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh in 2005 and 2007 respectively. He also completed a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering in of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Rajshahi in 2017.
Recently, he has completed his postdoctoral research with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, The University of Aizu, Aizuwakamatsu, Japan. His research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Bioinformatics, Health Informatics, Medical Image and Signal Processing, Computer Vision, Probabilistic and statistical inference, Operating System, Computer Network and Security. He has (co-)authored more than 140 publications published in widely cited journals and conferences.
